Today, I decided I would go the Capital for a meeting with the Brotherhood. I have done enough procrastination on the issue. I took Silver with me, as she seemed to know more about what was going on than I did, and she is certainly more cautious when it comes to doing things that might attract the attention of the Raiders. If she can't be convinced, then it will certainly be difficult to convince anybody else. On, and we're not telling anybody in Megaton. As soon as Colin Moriarty gets wind of it, he is more likely to try to protect what he sees as his own little fiefdom.
After hiding her cows, we met at the Rocket Station, before heading off to the Citadel. Being a child of the Wasteland, who had always been told to be wary of the Capitol, she had got herself a couple of weapons that might help her out of trouble, a scattering, with two hundred rounds, and a hunting knife. I decided that, rather than go down through the old Metro, as I had done before, when visiting old Three Dog, we would go down the Potomac. It was more open, but at least you would be able to see any trouble in your way. It would take us a couple of days to get there.
