Rather her than me! Wouldn’t want to face extreme weather, or extreme wildlife!

I'll be watching, as always with her travel programmes.
I doubt it'll be quite as extreme as Simon Reeves' Wilderness (Sundays BBC2), which strikes me as verging on foolhardy. They're generally days away from any possible serious medical help, and have already had one cameraman have to abandon a mission and return for medical treatment.

Simon’s show is quite scary at times imho!

He is a very good advocate for environmental causes and he's clearly very fit, but I was open mouthed at the Patagonia episode which could easily have ended in tragedy if anyone had slipped on that huge, steep ice field. Actually he did say he was a bit scared at one point. On the other hand, the gaucho part of the episode was charming.

Oh I wondered where we were discussing Simon. Just watched episode 3 and there is yet another medical emergency! Eric the director was struck down with a fever, but didn’t in fact require a MediVac.
