Did anyone watch?
I thought Emily Maitlis didn't come over as well she would perhaps like. I thought two of the three main actors were so similar that they merged. I thought Rufus Sewell was a better actor than I'd credited him as, because he made Prince Andrew seem much more convincing.
Overall - it was a bit dull.
And, I'd like to see me being able to bring my dog (if I still had one) to work.

Was this on Netflix? I don't have access so couldn't watch but on the whole I don't really see the point of dramatisations of recent events which are easily accessible in their original form.

I'm sure a lot was made up. It made it seem as if Andrew's Press Officer was the one pushing him to do the interview.
It also had the Queen's Press Officer walk into the room before filming began and prominently place a tape recorder on the table and press start. He then scooped it up and took it off, presumably to the Queen. They then had to wait for permission from the Palace before they could show it.
If that is true, then the Queen must have been giving him just enough rope etc. She then very quickly started to remove his titles and roles.
It's hard to think they would make that bit up. Everyone in the room would be able to confirm what happened. Conversations in pubs and offices could be made up but not the actions of the Queen's Press Officer. Neither could the bit of about getting clearance from the Palace.
