Radio Times highlights this Irish drama which looks interesting - I'll be giving it a go.
Adrian Dunbar stars as a well-regarded doctor whose daughter (played by Carolina Main, who was a DC in 'Unforgotten') becomes convinced her father murdered her mother. It's on at 9.00 each night during next week, starting with a double episode on Monday: www.radiotimes.com/tv-programme/e/g9gqt9/blood--19112018/

I’ll watch it for Adrian Dunbar at least.

I plan to watch this. I don't really like strip scheduling but I'll make an exception for Mr. Dunbar!

I really enjoyed it! The father is ghastly but I didn't take to the daughter either, but then she may be traumatised from earlier events. I shall certainly keep on watching.

I’m recording them, there are plenty of evenings when there’s nothing worth watching these will fill the gaps nicely.

Just watched my recording of the first episode. This is GOOD....but then, I could watch and listen to Adrian Dunbar reading the phone book and I would be enthralled.

Very glad this is on every night this week. I wouldn't be able to wait a week between episodes: 23 hours is quite hard to bear!

There's not been much else on for me this week, so having this every night has been a godsend. It's really good.

I still don't know what to think about the doctor....or the younger daughter.

The truth will out tonight! I have really been enjoying this. I find Cat to be so abrasive I cannot abide her. It's all about her IMHO, and I was furious about poor Barry. I am disappointed not to hear anyone called "Fella" yet though!

Yes, last one tonight I do hope we get a proper explanation and finish. I don't like Cat either and I am positive all is not as it has seemed....but then I don't want Adrian Dunbar to be a baddie!

I don't think all is going to be as it seemed either. There have been twists all the way along in this series and I'm sure the finale will have more.
I quite like Cat though. Yes, she does go on the attack a lot, and isn't at all sensitive about how or in what circumstances she does it.
But...she has been deceived since she was a girl - to the extent that, as her memories contradicted what she was told, she thought she was going mad, and ultimately felt she had to leave the family home and make her own way in the city. One message that's coming through to me from this drama, is that trying to protect people by withholding the truth is a bad idea - since if they do find out what really happened the consequences can be much worse.

I thought the other night that perhaps.... {SPOILER:Click to Show}It was a mercy killing. But you don't usually stove someone's head in with a stone frog for that.
