A place where we can report/ask about technical things with the board. The reason I am asking is that at the moment, I am finding the board a bit sluggish, and am getting an error message when clicking on the 'Participated' button a few times.
"Invalid request token / possible request forgery (error 4). If you received this message in error, please go back, refresh, and try again."

Very often their system just can't cope. You will quite often get the Angry Bear. The board is free so how can anyone complain.

Having already posted a recipe in an inappropriate place, I was wondering if there was a place where we could/should post such things, food related, or can it be wherever it seems to fit at the time?

Probably here pointsofviewtoo.freeforums.net/board/20/food-drinkBut it is not written in stone, depends on the circumstances, if you were replying to a message somewhere else ,then in the reply would be appropriate.

Thanks. In both cases I was responding to questions, but I was wondering about the more general situation, too.

Can I have emoticons on Quick Reply? I have to edit my own message or quote a message to get the icon choice.

If you use Quick Reply box and then decide to use a smiley just click on the Reply, in the top right hand corner, instead of the Post Quick Reply in the bottom left hand corner. You will then have your message in the message box with all the bells and whistles.

The QR box will show smilies if you type them in directly. For instance : + D becomes It's just remembering them I have the problem with!

Is there a way on the home/front page of marking everything read? Go to the box where it says forum information, near the bottom. Look for recent posts and threads, just after that "mark all boards read"
