What a match! And a dream men's final....I, too, won't bother with the women's final; if SW is in a final, it's usually over quite quickly.

A fantastic match. Both men's semis were wonderful. Will be watching on Sunday but not tomorrow.

And as Serena is going for the record over Steffi Graff...there is no way Venus will win.!! It would appear that Sky has fallen out with the Discovery franchise over money, it sounds like a load of channels will no longer be on Sky...Eurosport being one of them

I wondered when you were all watching this and have finally tracked it down on a channel I don't have access to. Happily, though, BBC2 is showing highlights so I will be able to see the men's final which I'm sure will be a cracker. Not too fussed about the ladies' final, the result of which I imagine is a foregone conclusion. Respect for Venus though, who has really been through the wars healthwise.

Fantastic men's final so far. Looks like it's going the distance, with a fifth set shoot-out.

Nadal up 2-1 in the 5th with a break! Sounds a thriller!

Let's hope BBC2 see fit at 1pm to shove the bowls where the sun don't shine and show the ENTIRE match for those who haven't got cable (like my mum!)

It was fabulous!
At the end the Eurosport commentator announced that from 1 February the channel may not be available on Sky.

If the BBC put its hand in its pocket to make the Aussie finals available live like it used to there wouldn't be a problem.
Instead it still pours money into the Eurovision Song Contest which we are never likely to win again.

Very possibly. But I was more pointing out the selfishness of the post than the failings of the BBC. And lots of Brits watch Eurovision for the fun of watching it, knowing damn well we won't win it.

The broadcast rights for Eurovision are just over £300 000.00.

Was it ever. I was on the edge of my seat. Well done Roger for winning your 18th. I reckon Rafa will be back ready to win the French.
