You've got some good stuff coming up.
I wish ITV would binge-repeat it on a Sunday. There's a few I've missed as well due to aerial problems.

It's into the thralls of Deirdre's will / won't she resign from the council. Yet it's Wendy who's the mole and if I remember rightly Ken has an affair with her!

Wendy Crozier (sp?) Storyline is legendary, mainly for the way old Tracy says her name "that flippin' When-deh Croooow-zee-errrr" It's been really enjoyable last week, but nothing massive happened, nothing big or life changing...until today's version where... Jack is about to have his leg amputated and Sean is being made homeless. 🤕 Which is ridiculous as he could ask Eileen if he could stay there. Ask Billy for a sofa for a few days/weeks as Shona stated there. He sounded Maria out, but she said she was looking forward to having her flat back, but I'm sure if she knew she'd help out for a bit. Even Roy would help. Also he's got a job he doesn't like, why doesn't he ask for his job back at underworld? Havent they had a big order? Fiz mentioned having to work overtime hence Sean having to feed Ruby and...the other one, ALSO it's under new management. Creating the situation to create the issue. Also nice to see Kevin hasn't changed, still blaming everyone else for everything. Whether it's Sallys crash or Jacks accident.

Reg Holdsworth and Jim and Liz MacDonald appearing for the first time, all in one episode. And how great Mark Eden is as scary Alan Bradley. If I were Rita, I'd get away for a break somewhere...

I love how much time they have taken over the Bradley story. It's building up so well and we know what's going to happen. I remember it being unmissable TV back then.

Oh, hasn't the Alan Bradley storyline reached its conclusion yet then? For some reason, I thought it had. I wonder if it will wait until I can get my new Virgin box installed?

Yes, I know what happens, technicolour, but I've been enjoying the re-runs.

You have to watch out for the trams though at this time of year Sootycat. The appearance of Reg is one I have been looking forward to.The current writers should be forced to watch him and learn how to do comedy.

As luck would have it, I'm on leave this week and nothing in particular to do so I am able to watch the Old Corrie as it airs. and then as my new box arrives on Thursday, I will be able to re-set the series-record.

I'm just watching today's episodes and I see the shirt Vera's wearing and it made me laugh - at the time I had that very shirt myself and I was mortified that it was the type of thing that Vera would wear. I wouldn't wear it again after that!

I have just started to watch these. Great to see some favourite characters again. And now I know when those new houses were built!
