I shall be sorry when it is finished. Agree about the acting.

Me too
I don't know who plays Becky's biological father, he appears in lots of dramas so obviously has a good acting career, but he never gets to play a pleasant character

It is Christopher Fulford. I met him once in Mark's here. He was behind me in the queue at the till. He is much better looking in real life!

As an inhabitant of Swindon I have, needless to say, found this riveting. I remember the case very well and was in two minds whether to watch it or not. The amount of people that backed Steve was terrific (there has also been a lot of negativity towards Wiltshire police.)
This has been an excellent programme and I will be sorry to see it finish.

It is very good.
Did we all notice that the actor playing Steve Fulcher's wife (Kate Ashfield) is also appearing as Tom Parker's wife in Sanditon? Took me a few episodes to realise.

We are enjoying this very much. Cannot wait until next week! I agree. I find it extremely involving. I'm going off Pilot Dave. Coercive control alert!

Yes I think you’re right about Pilot Dave. Very controlling.

I thought his name was Pete? I didn't like him from the start - but that's purely because of his character in the last Shetland series, after which I tend to assume he's playing a baddie!

I keep expecting a Scottish accent from him because I still associate him with the last Shetland series too. Derek Riddell is an excellent actor who I've seen in a lot of parts employing a variety of accents so I feel I'm being unfair here! Maybe it's also because I know he IS a Scot.

The first thing I noticed Derek Riddell in was No Angels (Channel 4, about 15 years ago). He played a doctor, one of the good guys, in that.

My husband has just bought the paperback 'Catching A Serial Killer' by Steve. He is going to wait till after the last episode before he reads it.
