Did anybody else watch this show last year? I was very impressed by it. A second series was announced by Channel 4, but there hasn't been a date scheduled, as far as I can tell. I hope we don't have to wait too much longer for it!
P.S. Not sure whether I should've posted this in the SFF section, but I thought the Channel 4 section was looking rather empty. You can move this thread, if appropriate, mods!  |

I loved this show!!!! I wanted one of those robots just like the star actress. But I would have been much nicer to her than that family (and not in a creepy way.

I hope they repeat the first series or have a re-cap at the beginning of the second series, otherwise I'll have forgotten how things ended by the time it starts up again!

I enjoyed it too. Thought Gemma Chan was awesome. Think the next series will probably centre on the blond robot who was going it alone, away from the rest of the group, who we last saw on a train.

I watched it too and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice to see Colin Morgan in something different but that has changed now he is in The Living and the Dead.

We watched it, though it was good, though the principle premise of machines with emotions, outside of sci-fantasy is a hard sell.

Me, too! I was like that when The Returned returned this year (mind you, there was a gap of about two years for that series, so my failing memory was more understandable, lol).

I was a big fan of this series too. I'm sure I've seen a trailer for the next one, but I don't think they mentioned when it would be, Just that it is coming!

I really enjoyed Humans. Proper grown-up sci fi. Rebecca Front totally creeped me out in this, and I wanted to slap Tom Goodman-Hill's character! So it certainly moved me. I think the blonde synth who has branched out on her own will probably cause BIG trouble in series 2. Can't wait! However, like other posters I would like a re-run of series 1 to refresh my memory.
