This week it was slab building a wall clock! The winner's clock was excellent but some of them were not fit for purpose!

I was surprised most of them did hang up, thought they might be too heavy! Liked the winning one.

I watch it on catch-up as Call the Midwife is on at 8. Tom isn't keen on craft shows anyway.

I enjoyed this week! I thought the woman who used binding to replace the broken lugs was a genius! It looked really good. Wasn't surprised at who went out either. And loved the way a couple of men joined with Hair Bun week!

Not just decorating it though - they had to make the damn thing from scratch. Very tricky I thought. And the right one won!

Great end to the series. They all seem such nice people! I agreed with with the result too.

I watched The Festive Throwdown this morning. There were four contestants - Jenny Eclair, James Fleet, Sunetra Sarker and Jamie Laing. They had to make a Christmas scene of three slab built houses and various sculpted figures. It was great and the winner was well-deserved.
