Kirsten, fleeing for her life chased by a gunman shooting to kill, reached her car in the nick of time *and paused to fasten her seat belt*!!!! I don't think I would in the circumstances. We then saw her driving along a lonely road in the middle of nowhere before collapsing unconscious whilst in the distance there were the blue lights of a police car and an ambulance approaching. How come they knew she was in trouble and where to find her when she had dropped her phone by the loch when the gunman spotted her? And Amazing Amy apparently managed single handedly to change government policy over going to war by her brilliance and tenacity. It ended up being even more preposterous than the first series. Yet again, something that began with distinct possibilities ended badly.

Agreed - if there was one time you wouldn’t fasten your seat belt that might be it! The shooter was an amazingly bad shot wasn’t he?

I’m prepared to suspend beliefs favour of a good drama. Yes, there were one or two outrageous impossibilities as have been mentioned, but that aside, I enjoyed it. Possibly more so than the first.

That is unrealistic, but you must be so much more observant than me, I never noticed that - and Geometryman, I wasn't aware the actress was preggers in real life either! So much must go over my head

I also noticed Kirsten did quite a careful three point turn rather than zooming off in reverse, as we usually see in these situations. Why were the police nearby? Was that a coincidence because who knew she was meeting Ross? When the judge began about Marcus’s standing and distinguished service I thought he was going to get a lesser sentence!
I enjoyed it though. It would have been nice to see a shot of the baby!

It would have been nice to see a shot of the baby! I thought it was odd that there was no mention or sight of the baby in the "six months later" bit. After all, we had been there several times when his survival was on a knife edge!
