Yes the Texan drawl fellow was the detective in that Icelandic show, and very good in it too. He was an absolute mountain of a chap in that but looks to have shed quite a lot of weight. I also saw him in some mystery about a plane crash.
I enjoyed episode two, and thought it was on each night. I may have to go onto iPlayer as I don’t want to forget anything before next Sunday’s episode. I too think it has a distinct Fargo vibe, well Fargo before the last series which I found unwatchable.

This is a rattling good yarn, full of twists,surpises and mystery with a bit of humour thrown in now and again. I am disappointed to find that we don't have another episode tonight as we did last Monday. I'm trying not to watch it on iPlayer as I know I will binge on it and then not have anything to look forward to!

Last week, it was on Saturday and Sunday. I suppose it was always meant just for the Sunday schedule.

I was expecting a proper happy ending! I was amazed when Lana revealed who he was and what he had done.. in fact I wondered if he was an undercover cop at that stage because we had everything else thrown into the mix. I’m quite sad now. |

Afraid I gave up on it, I like Jamie Dornan, but it went over my squeamish threshold, and I want something nice and relaxing on a Sunday night

Same for me Geometry. Really loving it. In this week's Radio Times, Jane Garvey in her column, says that she's falling a little bit in love with Helen, the rookie cop. I know what she means, she's a lovely character.

I read the Jane Garvey article too and also agree when she says Helen ought to be given her own series. I think she's great! I also think the developing relationship between her and " Elliot Stanley" is very sweet. |
