I think it was Brendan Foster who could not comment on a single marathon without mentioning Paula Radcliffe.
Super evening of sport tonight - well done team GB in the swimming and Andy and Dan are through to the quarter finals.

He was the same when Paula DIDN'T run. Even if she was miles away from the event doing her weekly shop, she would get at least a dozen mentions.

Bronze in the women’s triathlon!
I felt sick when they dived into the Seine after reading the reports of what is in there.
I only had it on whilst doing my physio so that was a bonus.

GOLD in the men’s triathlon. Alex Yee snatched it right at the end, it was so exciting! Must switch off the TV now, 😂
He and the second man just collapsed at the end.

Really annoyed with BBC coverage of men’s triathlon, started watching it on BBC1, a few minutes in it was announced if you wanted to watch it uninterrupted switch to BBC iPlayer, which I did, then just as the race was reaching it’s exciting climax , we had to change channels again!! This was one of the closest and most exiting finishes and yet we were expected to have to change channels and possibly miss this dramatic finish. I appreciate it must be difficult to coordinate all these events but come on BBC use your common sense !!

Silver in the BMX, although I think he thought he had done enough. Other than if they fall off, I don’t really know how well they are doing, 😂. I have got sucked in again, and the gymnastics are still to come, 😮.
