I think that's what it's about, watching the sunshine and the sea with a cocktail of cosy crime. Mind you the papers are already saying Ralph Little should go and could we have a detective with a nice spouse for a change. But what would the spouse do all day? |

Haven't seen her in anything for ages. Did she not have some kind of crisis a few years back, going missing perhaps? I remember it was in the papers but don’t know if she recovered and is working again. |

The whole point of the series is that he’s a fish out of water, so if he has a nice wife and a happy home wouldn’t it take away from that?

I hope she's OK now as I love her and would love to see more of her. |

Yes I wondered how she got the job, then I remembered how bad the police can be in reality and thought well the script writer was probably ok.
That prison must be full of white rich people mustn't it. I wonder if they have a special wing for them or whether they transfer them to UK prisons.

Whilst I quite enjoyed it, except for the absence of Harry, it was a bit creaky wasn’t it? Also, did anyone else think the daughter looked a heck of a lot older than 35?
