Judging from what she said about the VHS I'm not sure she had a relationship on her mind....... I am going to miss this now it's finished. It's been brilliant. As good as the first series. And you can tell how good the writing is cos I actually felt sorry for Norah at the end. And she doesn't deserve it.

Wow, cracking ending (especially the Helicopter scene) I do hope there will be another series. Gosh, I am glad I checked the board tonight! For some reason this got deleted and I missed it so have just found a late night repeat on 4/7!

Absolutely brilliant final episode. The series has flown by. Please Channel 4 do another. I was even getting to like the frosty boss woman. The relationship and interactions between Viv, Joy and Dinah are a joy to watch.

Just caught up and thought it was very good. I had to reach for the remote at the helicopter scene, OMG! My one quibble, which I think is very much a minority view, is that I really don't like the character of Dinah and don't find her remotely credible. Otherwise, great stuff!

Brilliant first episode,a few twists here and there, makes it compulsive.
Just wish they wouldn't give so much away on 'next time',but a minor grumble.

That is annoying. That, and the ads, are why I usually record stuff on commercial channels.

Brilliant. So glad to see it back but so sad to see the demise of one of my favourite characters.

Joy's exit was a shock. There must have been a reason I thought, and it turns out it's because the actor (Alexandra Roach) wanted out.
Don't want to be confrontational, but I'm actually not sorry because she was the one character that for me was miscast and "didn't fit" with the rest. She never convinced me as being any sort of police officer, but I wish Alexandra success and hope to see more of her in other roles.

Cracking episode - so glad this is back, I thought it had been cancelled.
Nice to see Lisa McGrillis (Mum / George Gently) back on our screens as councillor McCoy.

Of course - that's why she looked so familiar!

Lisa McGrillis will always be the dotty sister in Hebburn to me...probably because that was where I first saw her.
