Oh crap! ETA: Ah no! It's alright, wrong wife! Serves me right for coming on the thread before I'd seen this weeks!

This has to be one of my favourite go to programmes at the moment. I love the chemistry between the two lead characters. So pleased to see it's getting another series

ITV have secured the UK rights to the second season of Lethal Weapon.
It is expected to return to the main channel in a prime-time slot in 2018.

I really enjoyed this too. It's a great buddy cop show. Similar to the film's but has it's own charm and vibe to it. The two leads work well together, so kudos to the casting director on that one. And I like the mix of action and comedy. ...I do miss Common Law though!

I am glad it will be back, I enjoyed it. I certainly didn't expect to but it had a really good vibe IMHO. I did record it and FF through the chase sequences though.

The second series of Lethal Weapon will receive its UK premiere on ITV on Friday January 12th at 9pm.
The show’s second series finds Riggs and Murtaugh up to their same tricks, with Murtaugh attempting to steer clear of the demons that haunt his partner, while navigating some challenging times at home, alongside his wife, Trish (Keesha Sharp). And even though Murtaugh seeks support in Riggs, he realizes their partnership is still a volatile roller coaster ride.

The first 2 episodes of Series 2 have been great. I think the writing is a step up from S1. They are full of great one-liners and gags. Excellent stuff. Would anyone else like to see the Beeb relaunch Silent Witness with this format of dramatic styling . It's just the reboot SW needs at this point in its aged existence!

So pleased to see this is just as good as the first series. I love these two. Totally bonkers the pair of them but so watchable.

I've just seen the latest LW episode, I don't think it's been shown on ITV yet, but it's jumped the shark a little bit. It's always been a bit over the top but, a parachute falls from a plane with Riggs and Murtaugh still onboard. They jump out with Riggs diving for the parachute, he flips it on in mid air and then manages to get over to Murtaugh and both live to fight another day!!!! As I say, always a bit OTT, but that is something else!...it makes Ryan Murphys new show 9-1-1 look pedestrian!lol

Well this is a surprise. I have just read online that series three could be in doubt because of the "emotional abuse" and "toxic behaviour" on set of the Riggs actor! Shades of Criminal Minds then when they had problems with Hotch. Apparently there is talk of recasting the role.

Well... if he is behaving like a bit of a d!ck it's no surprise. Similar to what happened with David Caruso when he was in NYPD Blue. Started behaving like a right arse cos he wanted out.
