Clayne Crawford has posted a message on Insta explaining there were two incidents, the first of which resulted in studio appointed counselling and a portion of his wages being given to the (emotionally?) Injured party/parties. http://instagram.com/p/Bh9zLf8H7A3

Has anyone else come out in support of him?

Sad to read that. If it returns for series three I doubt I'll watch it.

I've just seen the latest LW episode, I don't think it's been shown on ITV yet, but it's jumped the shark a little bit. It's always been a bit over the top but, a parachute falls from a plane with Riggs and Murtaugh still onboard. They jump out with Riggs diving for the parachute, he flips it on in mid air and then manages to get over to Murtaugh and both live to fight another day!!!! As I say, always a bit OTT, but that is something else!...it makes Ryan Murphys new show 9-1-1 look pedestrian!lol Just had that episode on Friday.....yes, very silly stunt (aren’t they all) but apart from that, still a very enjoyable episode from the current cast.

I read recently that Murtaugh had posted some very critical comments about Riggs online so he has not had any support there. Murtaugh just cracks me up, that is the best thing in the show I reckon.

The Mautaugh actor posted a picture on Twitter of a small cut on his head and, I think, it happened when the Riggs actor was directing the episode. Seann William Scott will take over but as a new character but I think he'll be related to Riggs. It's a good show so would have been a shame to finish after the 2 seasons.

It seems a bit contrived to have the new person related to Riggs. Is the show known by the character names somewhere !like Barnaby in Denmark, hence the need for his cousin to take over! (Joking!!!!)
Has Riggs ever mentioned a relative besides his father?

Has Riggs ever mentioned a relative besides his father? It's supposed to be his brother (long lost?). But, I don't really have a problem with it. There are many programmes where we don't know all about a character's family.
It is astonishing how angry people are that Clayne Crawford has been dropped. For example ...

Wow! What a shock ending! I really was not expecting that. I thought the brother was going to be friendly, lol.

ITV are still making a decision on whether to pick up Leathal Weapon for more episodes. They brought seasons 1 and 2 but it sounds like they're reluctant to make decision on the 3rd season after Clayne Crawford leaving, they might want to see what Seann William Scott is like. ITV havent got the best track record. Dexter and The Americans both started on ITV1 and then got moved to ITV2/3/4.

Damon Waynes is leaving the show aswell. He'll stay until the end of this 3rd season but leave after that. It won't really be Lethal Weapon with both Riggs and Murtagh gone. It'll just be a buddy cop show titled Lethal Weapon.
