It's my favourite soap . Even tonight ( which was very annoying - Laurel/Ashleigh Belle/ DrBaily) it made me laugh .
Sandys retort to Pearl when he said he had t been for 3 days !
toilet humour I know but it made me chuckle

Sadly we gave up on Emmerdale about two years ago ... I used to love it .. me and t'other half once went on a VIP trip to the studios and village and had lunch with the cast ... but after increasingly outlandish storyline the last resort was when the police arrested Belle for the murder of her friend, which was an accident, and treated her like public enemy number one !!!

Well, I didn't expect Andy to leave....and for good, too.....did love Bernice's misunderstanding of where or what Andy meant by "going to Santander". Hope Belle is found safe and well. That Germaine chappy is SO annoying, so hope he goes soon, too....also, is there a chance Zak and Lisa will get back together, and Cain and Moira....good stuff, anyway.....

Why do TPTB like to wreck relationships. Zak and Lisa Cain and Moira Jimmy and Nicola Kerry and Dan...to name just a few Its the same in every soap. It seems to be set in stone that every decent relationship must be wrecked, what is wrong with just letting someone be happy.....Thats it, rant over.  |

Well I caught up tonight and for the first time ever in a soap I bawled , amd the men in my house were shedding a few tears as well .
More of an impact as it was totally unexpected .
This is why it's my favourite soap .
