Well I found that very hard to find on iplayer. I first tried a skating highlights film but it was just four minutes long and was the winners! I raced through a highlights show and found it about two hours in. The day before it was nicely set up as a skating highlights show, so they presented the short programme better than the free. Anyway, well done Christopher Dean.!!! Those touches in the transitions made the programme more interesting and classy IMHO. I was surprised the winners managed to do it but they were certainly the best on the day for me.
Hopefully the other highlight shows will be easier to find!

The American Men's Curling team are a bit rubbish. 2 ends and they are already 5 down. They can't seem to make a decision between them.

They just put a banner across the bottom of the TV - 'We apologise for any bad language heard'.

Well done him!
Remember what I saying about the Canadian curling team the other day? About the mind games and the smugness? Well... the Canadian women's team have lost 3 games out of 3!
Hubris. The Gods of Sport don't like it.

I watched the mens skeleton live in the early hours - glad I stopped up - absolutely thrilling! We all thought he had bagged the bronze on his own run, only to lose the place in the last few meters. Very tense then watching the others and willing them to make mistakes The gold medallist was in a class of his own.

I’ve found that the best way of watching events that take place overnight is on iplayer on my iPad ( my TV iplayer was hopeless - not the same as the tablet version at all). I switch on in the morning ( our time) and go straight to the 2-4 hr segment programmes that run from midnight to 6am. I can then fast forward to the bits I want. This also applies to the Red Button sections which they seem to reserve for what they think are events of lesser popularity ( e.g. the snowboard Cross, one of the most exciting events ever). Either way, you can hopefully see what you want to watch without knowing the result beforehand.
It didn’t work out with Dom though - I made the mistake of going on the main BBC site first and couldn’t avoid seeing a headline. Most news websites work on the same principle as print media, I.e. lead with the result. They love a headline. They’ve forgotten that, in the current decade, we watch in retard and are sensitive to “ spoilers”.

I watched the skelton live and it was heart stopping. Dom Parsons was looking good for the bronze and then clipped it at the end, losing by about 200th of a second...but then a following athelete (Martins Dukurs?) made more mistakes and all of a sudden Parson had gone the medal back. Brilliant bit of TV. I switched the red button and saw some of the men's figure skating and Yuzuru Hanyu was amazing. Apperently he'd said in an interview that he liked Winnie The Pooh! OMG! Loads of the bears where thrown onto the rink.

I heard about the Pooh Bears being thrown. He keeps a few but the majority go to childrens hospitals.
Poor Elise has not only failed to qualify for the final of 1500 - falling again - but has been stretchered off the ice.
Heartbreaking.

If he kept all of those teddies they would need their own house!

Well done Yazuru Hanyu! Two golds in a row!
I feel for Javier Fernandez though. Love to watch him skate.

I wanted Javier to win but Hanyu is outstanding!!!! Sometimes a great athlete is unlucky enough to be constantly up against several equally outstanding competitors.....

3 medals in one day! Thrilled for Lizzie Yarnold getting a back to back gold, but the bronzes were well won too. And we have "the wrong sort of snow"! (Of course they don't train here.)
