I don’t quite know what she does, except give words of encouragement in bracing but very short staff meetings (like 20 seconds). When Charlie and Jacob had the role, they spent a lot of time on paperwork, organised the rotas and then did actual nursing in the other time available. Maybe we don’t see it because it doesn’t suit the plot.

I thought it was Siobhan who was the whistleblower. The way at the end, after she’d had a go at that Patrick about making someone a scapegoat and was walking through the hospital to the words of the whistleblower as a voiceover - pretty sure it is her!

That Patrick is a nasty piece of work! Hopefully Rash will be able to tell one of the other doctors what he saw.

Oh I do hope so. When they were in the lift together, I willed Rash not to say anything to Patrick so was worried when he did. However, I’m sure that’s not the end of it!

I can’t work out if Patrick is supposed to be an “angel of death” or if he is just incompetent. Stevie did say his clamp procedure was years out of date. Maybe he’s not one for continuing professional education!

I suspect he’ll turn out to be merely a dinosaur who always thinks he knows best!

I want Stevie and Dylan to include Rash in their plan.
