Casualty. In both of them I did laugh out loud at one point. This week when the radiator soaked him. I too would watch another series. Yes, she’s Colin Jackson’s sister. |

I’ve just assumed that, given the expensive filming and casting, they’re hoping to sell it abroad in big numbers. Mainly to people who like the Oxbridge-esque and English countryside locations and have no knowledge of (or don’t mind) the nonsenses re British police and healthcare procedures that some of us here get a bit tetchy about.
I’m only watching it for Jason W, who can play any role, anywhere, anytime. Well, he’s not Daniel Craig or Jason Statham, but you know......Dodds being a more pathetic, less glamorous geek than Endeavour or Lewis’s Hathaway.
Re lizards on the wall - no, more likely to be lots of rats and lots of mice, but of course, they are a bit less charming than Harry, so the camera doesn’t linger.

Count me in as another one who'd happily watch more.  Bath is in my neck of the woods, which is the main reason I tuned in in the first place, but I liked the interplay between the two leads and thought they bounced well off each other. Whoever designed the title credit sequence deserves heaps of praise, too - I thought they were exquisite (I usually fast-forward through these, but actually watched them both times, lol!).  |
