If 'Grace' is based on the Detective Roy Grace books by Peter James - and set in Brighton - it should be good. Not sure why they would split the series of Mc & D though.

Possibly episode 3 just wasn't ready in time - covid restrictions during production may have caused unexpected delays. I've seen predictions for the date ranging from Sunday week (after just one episode of Grace) to not until May. ITV have released the cast joining for the episode though (Saira Choudhry, Rosie Day, Nitin Ganatra, Nicholas Goh, Siobhan Hewlett, Sarah Parish and Rhashan Stone).

I actually really enjoyed that one. Yes it was daft. And yes it was obvious who the murderer was pretty quickly. But the way it played out was wonderful, I thought. And Box Hill tunnel is a great setting. Although I have to admit to thinking about Being Human before Brunel And the comment about Corston being a hot spot for UFO sightings is true. Although it has a lot to do with the RAF using Filton airport, which is just up the road, as a test site for their planes. When I worked at the UWE, I spent a lot of lunchtimes watching them test the fighter jets. Me too! 😁 ( But it was only during this episode that I realised the tunnel was an actual place and not something made up for the vampire/werewolf/ghost show, lol!) I was sure this series was supposed to have three episodes, so I was surprised it wasn't listed this coming Sunday and thought I'd been mistaken, so thanks, everyone, for clearing that up for me. 🙂

I worked for a time in a village called Ditteridge which is very near Box, so I was aware of the tunnel. I didn't know about the MOD site below, which is not only real but very extensive. It was one of the many places where those and such as those would be protected in the event of nuclear war. Now decommissioned but I'm not aware that it's possible to visit it.

Another enjoyable episode - and how glorious did Bath look?
Tai Chi exercise in the park, deckchairs in the sun, cycling races.
Murder too, but nonetheless the Bath tourist board must be thrilled!
