Thanks Bev.
I like Zoe, she is always good fun on panel shows like QI or Room 101. I was worried that she might be fighting cancer.

I've only just watched it. I thought it was very good. I'm really sorry Zoe has alopecia; however, she was on excellent form.

I thought it was good - best of this series so far, for me.

I thought Jo Brands optimism was brilliant and she is right, that's exactly the way the Tories present everything.
After all Labour only lost about 9 councils and then went on to win almost every Mayoral election and brilliantly took the councils in Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire and other southern areas chipping away at the Blue Wall, which shows how local campaigning and an activated local party can get through.
They lost the Hartlepool seat, assisted by some dubious reporting from the BBC - which was demonstrated on Points of View this morning where the editing out of the Labour voter explaining that it is 11 years of Tory govt that has done for the town, and the Tory govt that took away the Magistrates Court and police cells and Tory govt that slashed hospital services. His vox pop was cut for the main news. Leaving an unchallenged statement by a Tory voter.

Another good episode.
I thought, when cat micro chips (mentioned in the Queens speech) came up that Ian's cat Colin would be discussed. Rajesh was the host when said feline ambled in to Ian's study giving Mr Hislop the chance to appear briefly as a Bond villain, complete with cat.
Maybe on the longer version.

Nope - no mention of Colin. But the screening of the missing bits explain Jo and Paul's win - Jo was downright brilliant. LOL at Ian's paparazzi story at the beginning.

A very funny show this week. Jo Brand was superb, but everyone was good really and seemed to be enjoying themselves.

It is never funny when that Scottish comedian is on, Jane something I think. She just laughs and then says something where she can emphasise her accent.
I've never seen her in anything except this; she may be funny in something else.

I usually like Aisling Bee, but not as host last night. Her constant laugh struck me as quite nervous-sounding, and I prefer her on the panel. Maybe she could’ve swapped places with Clive Myrie?

Oh, I quite liked Aisling as the host & thought she did well. Personal preference I suppose.
