Looks that way. Lawrence was their source of information said Hugo Speer's character, yet the family referred to Marcella/Keira giving him up, thus terminating that source of information. Perhaps she wasn't expecting him to actually be assassinated.
Yes, and it was definitely in London, the lawyer brother said that's where Bobby had gone. Also why London detective Rav is on the case and arrived in Belfast.
Agreed, although it wasn't easy to tell from the profile shots we got of him peeping.

I’ve abandoned ship. I don’t like any of them, can’t keep up with the plot, and when she started to crack up again I couldn’t bear the thought of the fugue state scenario again.
I seem to be giving up on a lot, what with The Serpent and The Great at the moment. I also packed in I May Destroy You which I had recorded when it aired and never got round to watching. I am so not the right demographic for that!

Last 2 episodes of this series being shown next Tuesday, first episode at 9 and the final one after the 10 o’clock news, so it doesn’t finish until 11.40, so way too late for me. I am still watching, sometimes through my fingers. I don’t really like it, but now have to watch to the end. I will record the final episode as I can’t face watching 2 episodes in one night, or so late. Not sure I will watch another series.

Yes, I noticed they're packing both the final 2 episodes in next week.
Although there's been less of her doing things she doesn't remember in this series, they've had to include something in that vein. This time she's been stalking herself - without of course remembering doing it! She found a note under her windscreen wiper containing the musical score of a significant tune from her past, woke up holding a toy gun, then even more bizarrely came across a fake body on the floor, with its head (acquired somehow) looking like her and encased in a plastic bag. It was up to her handler to discover from CCTV footage that she was doing all this herself. You couldn't make it up! - well, obviously somebody did make it up.
In contrast, the main plot involving the Maguire family is quite well done I think, if generally rather violent and bloody.
I've noticed some "internationalising" of the language - e.g. the use of the words pig pen, where in the UK we would say pig sty. The series seems to go down well abroad.

Well, that's it, ending as expected with a high body count.
Although neither the creator nor Anna Friel has ruled out a 4th. series, I don't believe there'll be one (who said "Good!"?). It was always intended as a trilogy and finished in a way that makes it difficult for Marcella to return as a detective.

Thank goodness that is over. Stuck with it but didn't enjoy it. I just hope there won't be a fourth series.

How did it end up? Is she still an undercover officer (ie employed) and how is her mental health?

{SPOILER:Click to Show (in case anyone who cares hasn't seen the ending)}Her mental health is still seriously damaged!. She didn't know whether she was, or wanted to be, Marcella or Keira, and the two personas were alternately popping up in her mind - both in the same scene at one point.
At the end nearly all the major characters were dead - the Maguire siblings Finn, Rory & Stacey, Jack & bent copper Eddie who worked for them, handler Frank and detective Rav. Katherine Maguire was still alive but paralysed by a stroke.
Stacey's baby Katie was also still alive - Marcella abducted her (as a replacement for her own daughter, whose death started her mental problems) and in the final scene was about to flee the country with her in a private plane. She had funded this by getting into the Maguires' banking accounts after their deaths and transferring all their money (£24 million I think) to herself. Hence even if she wanted to she might find it difficult to continue her police job in any 4th. series...

Thanks GMan. I’m glad to see it hasn’t lost touch with reality then, 😂😂😂.

Good grief! I haven't watched this since the first series but do read this thread as it's hilarious!

Just finished this series. Quite enjoyed the gunslinging at the end. Sorry that Rav was shot.
