Has Midsomer Murders, season 23 been broadcast yet in the UK? The Wikipedia page does not appear to have been updated. I have seen all four four season 23episodes here in Türkiye, but would not want to give away any important plot points if it had not yet been shown. The season 23 episode titles are: Episode 1, The Blacktrees Prophecy Episode 2, The Debt of Lies Episode 3, A Grain of Truth Episode 4, Dressed to Kill Episode three was mostly filmed to the North of Reading close to where I used to live in South Oxfordshire, many of its locations were familiar to me. Tonight’s episode is called “the witches of Angels Rise” which I notice isn’t any of the titles listed above. Unless they are renamed in other countries |

Perfect Sunday evening viewing for me! I almost cracked open a bottle of white to enjoy it even more but managed to resist that.

After last airing in August 2023, Midsomer Murders is returning to our television screens for it's 23rd series, and ITV viewers don't have long to wait. The new series will have four episodes, with the first instalment airing on Sunday, April 14.
The first episode is titled 'The Blacktrees Prophecy' and will see DCI John Barnaby investigate the death of a survivalist, who is discovered dead in a bombproof shelter. As he continues to find out more about the case, John unveils a "dark conspiracy to reveal how far people will go to escape the end of the world".

I seem to remember that DiP had a “survivalist” episode- I sometimes wonder why they do the same plot line in more than one show, it’s not the first time I’ve seen that happen. However, looking forward to seeing MM again, it’s been too long!
