I've watched regularly and enjoyed it - which is a departure for me as hospital dramas aren't normally my thing, but this one is Sunday night escapism.

I'm another that wondered whether there might not be any more. It must be quite expensive to produce with all the exotic location work. It's done well to last 4 seasons so far - other recent India-set dramas have had less success, with Indian Summers (C4) & Beecham House (ITV) being axed after 2 & 1 seasons respectively. I'll keep on watching if it does continue.
