It certainly comes across, how much the experts all enjoy their work. I would love to be an 'expert!'
I've got two other households watching this programme now, and they love it too.

I'm very fond of this show too. Shame they've moved. It was perfect in its 6.30 time slot. Never mind, I shall just record the series.

Darn it . . I'll still be working. Why did they change the time? I'll have to watch on iplayer.
Just reminded me I bought a load of epoxy resin for the shop on the strength of this programme. Will open a packet tomorrow and see how and if it works . .

So looking forward to this..... great!
Epoxy resin is something you can mend things with, Cake. I think you can paint it to colour it and disguise it, afterwards.

What a treat this is. I'm crying over every episode.
The effort they put into trying to make each item as good as they can, is so impressive. And the skills they have!

I wish they'd change it back to 6.30pm, it was just lovely to sit down with a cuppa and watch.

I finally have watched some. Sunday I spent all day preparing paper for weaving and so via iplayer I watched from ep1 to ep6 or7.
Fabulous, brilliant telly. I had to keep a supply of tissues nearby as most of the stories made me cry. The lady with the rocking horse had an especially sad story. Susie's reaction when unpicking the saddle was so emotional.
I am so envious of their skills. Will with his mastery of all things wood, Steve with his vast clock mechanism knowledge, Susie with her leatherwork, Kristen with ceramics and all the others.
I wish it was back on at the original time but I don't mind binge watching on a Sunday!

I managed to catch the one yesterday with the radio and the clock. Such a shame they have made it 'daytime', this is a programme that could easily fill a prime time slot. The expertise is brilliant, it would make a change from the normal cookery slot on BBC 2.

Lara, I can imagine you are jealous . They are a good bunch, are they not?
I haven't watched the new series but all have been recorded! Wouldn't want to miss that.
