While More4somes are enjoying S3, Amazon Primates are suffering another "Droughtlander". S5 which was expected this Autumn will not now be aired in 2019, and possibly not before Spring 2020. Starz refer to this as a scheduling strategy. At this rate More4 will catch us up! Thanks for this info !

Other wife??? Jamie has another wife?? Whats going on? Roll on next week.
And he has the nerve to criticise Claire for living with Frank? He'd better have a good story!

Crikey, what a start to an episode. Geillis, covered in goat's blood, seducing Young Ian!!! All before the credits, lol. And the gay governor who loves Jamie. They have suddenly turned up the pace!
Couldn't Geillis have popped back to 1969 then, if she went up to the stones like Claire? I think that's what I'd have done after nearly burning at the stake.

Right, that's series 3 finished, as is Geillis! It seems she didn't think she could just go back so that answers that question. At her pool, with the spell etc, I fully expected Brianna to come bursting through. And the shipwreck at the end was a big surprise. I thought Young Ian was both a PITA and poorly played; I'd quite happily have seen him left behind.

As you probably guessed from the ending, series 4 is less "maritime" than the later episodes of series 3 and centres on America.
Amazon Prime in the UK now has a date for series 5 - 17 Feb 2020.

Outlander season 6 (early 2022) will be available in the UK on Starzplay only, meaning even Amazon Prime subscribers will have to add the Starzplay optional channel for an extra £4.99 per month in order to watch it. Previous seasons will all be available on Starzplay, which I guess means they will no longer be included with Amazon Prime membership.
I'm also guessing there won't be any further seasons shown on More4.
S6 has been hit by covid, so as well as coming around 2 years after S5 it will only contain 8 episodes (originally 12). However S7, which has been announced, will now be extended to 16 episodes (originally also 12).

I can’t remember where I got to in this. I think I saw series 4. I don’t think it is as good as it was in the original Scottish locations.

Season 6 has started exclusively on Starzplay. They are however currently running a special offer, £1.99 per month for 6 months (£5.99 per month thereafter), either directly or as an Amazon Prime add-on channel - which would be long enough to also catch up on earlier seasons. There might be other Starz series worth watching, e.g. the historical series based on Philippa Gregory novels 'The White Princess' (Elizabeth of York, 1 series) and 'The Spanish Princess' (Catherine of Aragon, 2 series), sequels to 'The White Queen' which was on BBC some years ago.
No seasons of Outlander look like being available to watch free in the foreseeable future.

I thought some were free on Amazon Prime, ie those since the last televised one and I’ve forgotten how many I have seen. I think it has gone on a bit too long really and has not been as good since it moved to America.

Since the last televised one there's only been S5, which was free for a while on Amazon Prime. Now no seasons are free anywhere unless you subscribe to Starzplay.
I agree really, it has declined a little, never quite reaching the gripping heights of season 1.
