I thought it would be Rahul. I'm losing patience with his channeling his inner Ruby Tandoe. But I must admit , I was pleased to see Manon go.When challenged by Paul, she said"I like them plain" and I thought, ooh, points away there. And there was a lot of eyelash fluttering. I lost patience with him a long time ago: his general hang- dog attitude and miserable expression have a really dampening effect on proceedings, although the others seem to like him. As for the Luke Skywalker thing, I think a lot of the problem is that he can't recognise humour which must be a huge handicap with Sandi and Noel around! I thought he would be out this week but do understand why it was Manon. She seemed determined to change Danish into French, no matter what! As the series has gone on I've developed a real liking for Ruby. She is funny and has a terrific personality: she's a pretty good baker too! I would be happy to see her or Briony win the final....but have a nasty feeling it will be Rahul.

I would love it to be Kim Joy because of her wacky creativity!

Kim Joy's eye shadow fascinates me.

I agree about Rahul - finding him quite irritating now - Of the other three, I would be happy for any of them to win

It's funny; for me Rahul has got more irritating as the series has progressed whilst I've become increasingly fond of Kim-Joy, having been distinctly dubious abuot her at the start.

I think Rahul's complete lack of any understanding of humour has put people off him as the series has progressed.

I adore Kim-Joy now and really felt for her when she got a bit emotional, which is understandable when you've spent, was it 5hrs on it. And it looked amazing. Whats started to annoy me with Rahul, is this way he has of looking really scared *every* time he has anything judged. It was sweet the first couple of times but now it's getting on my nerves, because the others don't do it and they're all in the same boat.

Some of it may be down to the editing, I mean we all might cringe as the judges approach, but if the editor wants that in, your cringe is going on TV. I suspect the producers are playing up his idiosyncratic behaviour. The others seem to get along with him fine so presumably off camera or out of edit he must be less 'needy and anxious' than we see. What does he do for a living. I could be wrong, but I am imagining something where human contact is not essential. I think he is also putting himself under enormous pressure to impress his family - that may be his own pressure as his family may not need to be impressed, but we do see an awful lot of psychologies coming out on this show. Perhaps they use it on psychology degree courses.

Rahul is a Research physicist - so, extremely bright, but probably not so much human interaction during the day

Not good interaction so more Sheldon?

He's not as self-confident and blunt as Sheldon. I see him more as a Leonard. If you remember back to the first few series none of the men were great at interaction.

Tom's opening rant on 'Extra Slice' tonight had me crying with laughter!
