Further to the discussion upthread, I've just noticed on the EPG that this is showing as a two hour programme tonight, and is labelled 2 of 6. So it seems that they have decided to continue with last week's format.

So it is - well spotted. Printed Radio Times for next week is also wrong now. Just checked that my series records have successfully adjusted.

Wondered about that! Some listings have it correct, others not.

Good second batch of episodes. I won't discuss the plot for those still to watch but the settings - in particular the houses - featured were stunning with some nice city views between shots.
Nice dynamic between the female inspector and her brother/sister in law and newly released from prison Mother.

All 4 don't have it on catch-up yet. Useless site.

Annoying indeed. I do not like the catch up services where you cannot zip through the adverts. {SPOILER:Click to Show} Re this weeks episodes - and the mother destroying 'something'. Anyone else think that Valeria killed her father and the Mother confessed to it to save her daughter? The daughter has blanked it out - and the reason (self defence, protecting her mother/brother etc). Certainly more family dramas to come.

{SPOILER:Click to Show} So the reason would be that Valeria's father was abusing her, in an exact parallel to the case they were investigating this week? Valeria was 13 at the time of his death.
Is her "niece" Costanza actually Valeria's daughter? - V said she missed her terribly after moving out of the family home.

I think you could all be right!
The only problem I had this week was telling all the women apart. The three young women - Valeria, Eva and Caterina, all had long brown hair and thin faces. It took me a few seconds every time to work out which one I was looking at. And then when Valeria followed the killer's wife into the shopping centre I thought it was Paolo's mother! Very confused.

I had exactly the same problem. I thought to myself someone should tell the casting director to hire an actress with short blonde hair for one of these roles.

Me too on the similar women front! The secretary, the sister, the detective and her Mother were all too similar!

Another enjoyable story this week, with family drama thrown in. Nice scenery too.

I got lost at the end. I get that the husband wanted to kill his wife but why did his friend do it?

Because the wife had realised that her husband had been planning to bump her off and only stopped because of the pregnancy. She ran out the house just as his friend drew up. He was prepared to take her to the hospital BUT she wanted to go to the police and report the attempted poisonings etc. He strangled her to protect his friend.
