I have gone all Miss Marple and I think the chap is Mark Hanretty who appears on DOI. But he is called an “ISU and Eurosport commentator” and has posted a pic of himself in Montreal. And he is with Tonia Kwiatkowski, an American skater but I don’t remember her.
